With 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I bring a diverse and comprehensive background to my practice. My expertise includes labor and delivery, neonatal and maternal health, and managing neonatal and obstetric emergencies—giving me a deep understanding of complex and high-pressure healthcare situations. I also have extensive experience in private post-plastic surgery recovery care, facial aesthetics, weight loss, and vitamin IV infusions. This diverse foundation allows me to provide compassionate, personalized care tailored to each client’s needs, helping you feel and look your best with every visit.

Dr. Amir Baluch is a highly accomplished physician with 16 years of experience in aesthetics, functional medicine, weight loss, and longevity. As the Director of the National Laser Institute (NLI) and five other institutes in Texas, he has trained extensively in over 127 aesthetic procedures, developing his own modified techniques along the way. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Physicians for Functional Medicine (2016-2018), Dr. Baluch is deeply committed to advancing aesthetic medicine and wellness.
In 2013, he acquired a failing medical spa, grew it to 8,000 patients by 2017, and successfully sold it to private equity. During that time, he provided free training to RNs, NPs, PAs, and MDs, many of whom later recruited him as their Medical Director or Collaborating Physician. Dr. Baluch has worked with start-ups in 300 sq. ft. locations and high-performing medical spas that generate $9M annually with 12 treatment rooms.
While he enjoys the challenges of scaling multi-million-dollar practices, Dr. Baluch finds the most fulfillment in mentoring and growing smaller med spa start-ups into thriving businesses. His expertise, leadership, and passion for innovation make him a trusted name in aesthetic and functional medicine.
